A3-1 is an alcohol-based anti-dust coating solution specifically designed for solar panels. It uses 10-15 nm colloidal silica particles to form a super-thin (50-100 nm) protective layer. This coating dries rapidly, prevents dust accumulation, and ensures maximum light transmission for optimal energy generation.

Application Instructions

  • Method: Wipe coating (Single layer) or Spray (Output pressure 1-2 kPa).
  • Coverage: 1 Liter per 8-10 Sqm.
  • Conditions: Surface temp: 25-80°C | Humidity: Max 30% R.H.
  • Preparation: Surface must be completely cleaned and dried before coating.
  • Post-Care: Do not rub or scratch the film after coating. Sunny or cloudy days are preferred.
